Troy Langsdale, CPA
Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer
Troy is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for ML Healthcare (ML). He is responsible for the company’s vision and mission, development of the post-acute network, and ensuring ML provides the highest level of quality services to ML leaders and the local healthcare communities.
Troy graduated with a degree in accounting from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and has served the healthcare industry for over 20 years. Troy began his career in public accounting with a nationally recognized firm where he dedicated 100% of his time to the healthcare industry and served as the Southern United States Healthcare and Healthcare Transactions leader. Troy has also served the healthcare industry as the Chief Financial Officer of a $200 million regional multi-dimensional post-acute care provider of healthcare services throughout Texas.
Troy was a founding member of the Future Leaders Council at the National Investment Center, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas Health Care Association.
Laura Miller, LNFA
President and Chief Operating Officer
Laura is the President and Chief Operating Officer of ML Healthcare (ML) where she serves the communities and post-acute networks we operate with strategic oversight and excellent quality of care. Laura is instrumental in ensuring ML provides exceptional quality and leadership to the ML team, our local communities, and the patients we serve.
Laura Miller has served the post-acute industry for over 28 years. She began her career as an Administrator in a skilled nursing facility, and later spent over 16 years with a large Texas based post-acute provider as an Administrator and ultimately as the Senior Vice President of Operations. Laura also operated as the Chief Operating Officer of a post-acute care company in Texas with responsibility to oversee the 25 skilled nursing facilities they operated, including 5 Veterans homes and other ancillary services.
Laura is known for her hands-on leadership style, strong organization skills, proven ability to develop team members through training and education, teamwork promotion, and a long-held personal belief in creating an environment conducive to retaining great leaders.
Lee A. Rivaz, LNFA
Vice President of Operations
Lee Rivaz serves as Vice President of Operations for ML Healthcare where he oversees the long-term care operations and provides exceptional leadership to the local leaders of ML Healthcare.
Lee brings over 25 years of experience in serving the long-term care industry where he has served many roles and leadership positions in the operations of skilled nursing facilities and regional operating support.
Over his career and years of experience Lee opened several skilled nursing facilities and has developed a strong reputation for leadership and family / community support in the long-term care industry.
Lee has also had responsibility in the oversight of multiple long-term care communities and has been very successful in growing their local leaders and positively impacting their financial success through his strong leadership and impactful interactions.
Robin Hayes, RN, CDP
senior Vice President of Clinical operations
Robin Hayes, RN, CDP is Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations for ML Healthcare where she provides clinical leadership to our local clinical professionals in meeting our commitment to DELIVER exceptional results and being the provider of choice in each community we are honored to serve.
Robin has over 30 years of experience in long-term care in various management, clinical and operational roles. Prior to joining ML, she was with a Texas regional long-term care provider where she was the senior vice president of clinical services for a division of the corporation, and added additional oversight to the operations of skilled nursing communities. In addition, Robin has held the vice president of clinical position role in another long-term care Texas based company providing clinical management and support to over 40 long term care nursing facilities and assisted living centers.
With more than 30 years of healthcare experience, Robin’s objective is to DELIVER progressive skilled nursing and management care which led her to become a certified dementia care practitioner and Tai Chi certification. Robin’s goal is to grow and develop our local clinical leaders to be the best clinical professionals in the industry.
Robin serves as the chair of their nurse council of the Texas Health Care Association and is an avid supporter and voice in Texas for long term care nurse aides and nurses.
Josephine Girandi, RN, BSN, CDONA
Vice President of Clinical Services
Josephine is the Vice President of Clinical Services for ML Healthcare where she provides superior hands on leadership for our clinical professionals.
Josephine graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree – Cum Laude from the Philippines. Josephine has been providing clinical services to the post-acute industry for over 30 years and has served multiple capacities during this time including management and director positions. During her time, Josephine has been instrumental in elevating and excelling in the clinical outcomes for the healthcare operations she serves. Josephine has also served in a regional clinical management role where she oversaw the clinical services of 12 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers.
Josephine’s goals and aspirations are to provide quality nursing care and to lead a team of the best clinical professionals. Josephine believes in education and hands on style in leadership to reach the goal to success. She believes in mentoring and training effective leaders in the industry.
Cindy Peters, LLB
Vice President of Development and Strategic Alliances
Cindy Peters oversees development and partnership strategies with Hospitals, Physicians, MCO’s and state healthcare organizations for ML Healthcare.
Cindy has dedicated more than twenty (20) years to the post-acute industry and was recently the Vice President of Development and Managed Care for Transition Home Healthcare, the home health branch of ML Healthcare.
Having worked extensively in the post-acute industry operating as the market and strategic development leader of home health, skilled nursing, long-term acute care and rehabilitation services, Cindy specializes in bringing market solutions and collaborative partnerships to the post-acute providers.
Cindy believes that by working with each other towards value driven quality of care goals, we will create a greater impact in the population we serve in our communities.
Courtney Pedrick, SHRM-CP
Director of human resources
Courtney Pedrick serves as our Director of Human Resources, with ample experience in Healthcare, prior to joining ML she served as Director of Human Resources for Transition Home Healthcare, the home healthcare division of ML Healthcare.
Working for over twelve (12) years in the home healthcare system, she developed her passion for developing systems that foster a culture of growth, trust and open communication. A graduate of the University of Houston Clear Lake with Degree in Psychology, Courtney believes in a sincere approach to DELIVER patient experience.
