Dietary Manager
To support the community by ensuring the effective operation of the community’s kitchen systems, the quality of the meals and maintain regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
A current Certified Dietary Manager certification required. Minimum of one year of experience as a food service supervisor in long term care preferred.
STANDARDS:
Position-Specific:
Financial performance consistent with yearly budgeted levels
Clinical performance consistent with regulatory levels
Food quality performance consistent with written expectations.
