Statement of Nondiscrimination

Policy Against Harassment, Discrimination & Retaliation ML, LLC (“ML” or “Agency”) is committed to a policy of equal treatment and opportunity without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital or parental status, national origin, age, veteran status, individuals with disabilities or other protected classification. This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment, hiring, selection for training, transfers or layoff, promotion, rates of pay, other forms of compensation and work environment. ML prohibits discrimination and/or harassment that is sexual, racial, or religious in nature or is related to anyone’s gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, disability, or any other basis protected by federal, state, or local law.

It is the policy of this Agency that any employee who feels he/she has been subjected to behavior that he/she believes constitutes harassment or discrimination of any type should report the harassment and/or discrimination to management.

A person who wants to discuss a problem concerning discrimination without revealing his/her identity may do so by contacting the Agency’s Compliance Hotline at 866-858-1485. In such cases, a Human Resources consultant will provide counseling and take such follow-up actions as may be appropriate given the constraints of anonymity.
