Catherine has 34 years of experience in the long-term care industry, and has served in roles of Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator, Senior Administrator, and Regional Director of Operations for various organizations.

Josephine is also the Sr. Vice President of Clinical Services (Houston Region) for ML Healthcare where she provides superior hands on leadership for our clinical professionals.
