Tops in Customer Service

ML Healthcare is excited to announce that two of our skilled nursing facilities have been recognized as among the best in customer service. This honor solidifies their position in the top echelon of care providers in nation.

Sylvan Shores Health and Wellness Center, and Lakeside Health and Wellness both scored in the top 15% nationwide across a 12-month average, earning them a 2026 Customer Experience Award.
The honor is awarded by Activated Insights, the leading provider of training, recruitment, retention, experience management and recognition tools to improve and grow long-term and post-acute care organizations.
