ML Healthcare is proud to welcome Jeanna Sutton as our new Senior Director of Clinical Services, bringing with her a deep commitment to compassionate leadership, clinical excellence, and servant-hearted care.

With decades of nursing experience and a career shaped by meaningful early life lessons, Jeanna steps into this role with a clear vision: to partner with our communities, strengthen trust, and elevate the standard of care across every ML Healthcare location.
A Partner in Leadership and a Champion of Excellence
Jeanna’s primary goal is to work side by side with community leaders, creating an environment rooted in transparency, honesty, and shared success.
“My main goal is to be a partner to our community’s leaders and teams—working together to build a culture of safety and excellent patient care.”
Her leadership style is grounded in collaboration and empathy. Having walked in the shoes of nursing leaders, she understands those challenges deeply and brings a hands-on, supportive approach.
“I want to share what I’ve learned throughout my career and hope it will benefit our partners in a favorable outcome.”
A Passion for Skilled Nursing
For Jeanna, skilled nursing isn’t just a profession—it’s a calling.
“Dignifying and honoring the life of someone who can no longer care for themselves is an honor.”
She is inspired every day by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s wellbeing and to ensure families feel confident and supported.
Advancing ML Healthcare’s Mission Through Trust and Communication
Jeanna believes exceptional patient care begins with trust: trust among team members, with residents and families, and across the broader healthcare community.
“Exceptional communication between providers, families, residents, and community is vital.”
Her focus will be on strengthening communication, providing resources, and supporting communities with both challenges and celebrations to foster an environment of excellence.
A Career Shaped by Service and Family
Jeanna attributes much of her passion for healthcare to her upbringing.
“Growing up with the elders of my family taught me so many life lessons … Being a caregiver at a young age inspired me to become a nurse.”
This foundation instilled in her the values of kindness, compassion, and doing the right thing—principles that continue to guide her leadership today.
We welcome Jeanna in her new role and look forward to her visionary leadership here at ML Healthcare.
