We’re excited to welcome Michelle Guinn to the ML Healthcare family as our new Administrator for our At Home Services. Michelle brings over a decade of leadership in hospice, home health, and healthcare operations, with a strong track record of strengthening teams, improving performance, and elevating patient care.

She has successfully led multi‑branch operations across several states, guided organizations through major transitions, and built high‑performing clinical teams with a people‑first approach. Michelle is known for her positive energy, collaborative style, and ability to create growth‑minded, supportive work environments.
