At ML - Healthcare at Home, we believe leadership sets the tone for care that is compassionate, accountable, and impactful. That’s why we’re proud to spotlight our Vice President of Operations, Tia Adaba, RN, BSN.
Tia brings over 17 years of nursing experience, with 15 of those dedicated to home-based care, including both home health and hospice. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care, clinical leadership, and sustainable growth.
Tia has led initiatives that improve patient satisfaction, increase staff engagement, and enhance regulatory compliance. With expertise spanning clinical operations, education, and business development, she has built high-performing teams and introduced care models that improve outcomes while scaling for long-term success.
She is also the author of two powerful resources: Me First: The Selfish Shift That Transforms Hospice Agencies, which advocates for workplace cultures built on staff well-being and leadership accountability, and From Heart to Table, a guide for families navigating end-of-life care with compassion and clarity.
Now based in Houston with her husband, Tia continues to bring intentional strategy and a heart for service to her role at ML - Healthcare at Home. We’re honored to have her leadership as we grow to serve more families with excellence.
